For a special edition of a usually Jewel Cased product or if you want a little extra quality for your project - the Digipack is always a good choice. It harkens back to the days when a gatefold sleeve on a vinyl LP gave a record that extra aura of quality.
The standard Digipack is a folded card with spine with a tray adhered to one side to hold the disc. It's fully printable so a clear tray allows an extra panel of graphics or information.
An extra panel gives you a 6-page Digipack which the same general construction as the standard type but with two fold-in covers and the tray in the middle.
Add another panel and you have, of course, an 8-page Digipack.
